Our Process
Screen printing is the process of using mesh screens to apply each color of your design onto the garment. We use a direct-to-screen machine, which eliminates the need for transparency film. This allows for higher-quality, more accurate screen production and better detail in your prints.

We can print up to 12 colors, and with simulated process printing, we can use halftones to create the appearance of even more shades and gradients. Using the Pantone color match system, we ensure your prints reflect your artwork as accurately as possible.

Minimums & Color Guidelines

• 24-piece minimum for up to 2 colors in your design

• 48-piece minimum for designs with 3–12 colors

Turnaround Time

• Standard Lead Time: 10–14 business days after final design approval

Setup & Additional Charges

• New Screen Setup: $25 per color 

• Reprint Screen: $10 per color 

• Color Change During Run: $10

• Vectorizing / Color Separation: $100–$150
