What is your minimum order for screen printing?

Our minimum is 24 pieces for up to 3 colors. For designs with 4 or more colors, the minimum is 72 pieces.
How many colors can you print?

We can print up to 12 colors using our state-of-the-art equipment.
How long is the turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from the time artwork is approved and payment/deposit is received.
Can you match colors exactly?

We prefer to source garments ourselves to ensure quality and availability, but we can print on customer-supplied garments upon approval. Additional fees and policies apply.
Are There Set up fees?

Yes, we charge a $25 setup fee per color per location. This covers screen preparation and ink mixing.
What is your minimum order for embroidery?

Our minimum is 24 pieces.
Is there a setup or digitizing fee?

Yes, there is a one-time $50 digitizing fee for new embroidery designs.
What thread colors do you offer?

We use high-quality Isacord 40 thread, available in a wide range of colors to match your branding.
How long is the turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from artwork approval and deposit.
Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. Rush orders are available for an additional fee, depending on our production schedule.
What file types do you need for artwork?

Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) are preferred for best print quality. High-resolution PNG or JPEG may be accepted for some jobs.
Can I see a proof before production?

Absolutely. We provide a digital mockup for approval before production begins
How do I place an order?

You can request a quote online, by email, or in person. Once we confirm details and receive your deposit, we’ll start the proofing process.
Do you offer design help?

Yes, our in-house design team can help bring your vision to life for an additional design fee.
Do you offer price breaks?

Yes! Our pricing is structured with quantity-based discounts. The more you order, the lower the cost per print.
Can I make and on-person appointment?

Yes! We welcome in-person visits by appointment only. Please call or email us in advance to schedule a time.
